Onecompro

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how Onecompro users can cancel, pause, downgrade, or discontinue their SaaS subscription.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

1. Cancelling a subscription

Users may request cancellation of a Onecompro subscription by contacting support@onecompro.com or using the billing controls available inside the platform when enabled.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the case qualifies under the Refund Policy.

2. Access after cancellation

After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the already paid billing period unless the account is terminated for misuse, policy violation, fraud, or security reasons.

At the end of the billing period, paid features may be disabled, paused, downgraded, or moved to read-only access depending on the plan and account status.

3. Downgrades

A downgrade may be scheduled for the next billing cycle. If current usage exceeds the lower plan limits, the user may need to reduce products, staff users, add-ons, AI usage, or premium features before the downgrade can be completed.

Downgrading does not delete eligible stored content immediately, but unsupported premium features may be paused or restricted.

4. Add-ons and third-party services

Some add-ons, domains, messaging credits, AI credits, custom services, and third-party integrations may have separate cancellation, expiry, and billing rules.

External provider charges are governed by the applicable third-party provider terms.

5. Account closure

Users may request account closure by contacting support. We may verify account ownership before processing closure or deletion requests.

Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, security, audit, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes.
